I just donated 5€ for the community and I didn't recieved my 10 col to my Acyd character in the game, I've done the process correctly because it's not the first time I do that and I've waited and my COL never arrived. Also the money is paid from my credit card.

Hi, I have a Phoenix Knight on the main server that has some enchanted skills, for example , Sacrifice +10 or Shackle +10, with the fusion of the servers I lost that enchants and everything is reseted to +0, I don't know if this can be produced because I have another phoenix knight with +0 skills on the new server called Acyd, the same that in the main server, or anything else. Thanks.
