What about soulshots not working?

IM HERE TO REPORT 2 BUGS - SOULSHOTS S GRADE ARE LAGGING (often when you hit a mob with a bow, the shots are not activated on the first hit) - VICIOUS STANCE toggle skills is not working (+0 crit dmg)
