Please download whole game client, patch preinstalled, just unpack archive and launch l2.exe in system folder.

Hello,
Try to recovery ur character, for this u need:
Create new character in the same account ( or use any other old ), login on this character and use Alt+B-->Control Panel-->To Town-->Choose character that get critical error.
