Killing 400 mobs is not the issue here, but since your changes, that quest rewards you with adena only. I finished that quest couple of times, always got adena, no enchants. That's why i suggested raising spoil rate in FoG, so there would be at least some decent source of EWS. With 2 enchants per hour you'll get nowhere near good equip. This is not supposed to be low rate as far as i know.

Since you halved drop amount of Pagan Totem and it seems (did 3 times) like you've changed reward of Seekers of the Holy Grail quest to adena only, i'd like to suggest to at least increase spoil rate of EWS in FoG. Major changes like these are completely unfair to new players and those who yet don't have enchanted items. I understand those changes in Pagan Totem amount (not that adena only thing though), because everybody knows about problems with bots, but you punished wrong people. Cutting off best sources of EWS is just bad idea. People are leaving already.
