I can't login into my account. I don't have prefix. I create a new one and after 2 weeks i can't login. I can't change e-mail and password. I write correct login, password and e-mail, but i can't change them and can't login. In game i have message Acces denied... What's wrong? p.s. sorry for my english I'm from Poland i don't speak russian language.
