I did all that download that client .. disable antivirus disable the associated processes.. firewall disable it and I did full chek and it still the same .. qe more I can do

after 4 min .. error importan smartguard files could not be downloaded. the game will no start. check your internet connection settings.... i have a internet help me plzzz
