Hi, Can you explain why Top Coin is more valuable now?

Hi, I wanted to find out which Dagger weapon is best and which SA should be used. I've seen on different servers different SA's were good. Anyone could help?

I might be new on this server but with experience I am sure there will be some heavy gamers who will be able to farm A grade and maybe even S in first 3 days. Anyone thinks the same?
