They loging me in, how is it possible?

Access failed. Please try again later. And that happens already after u type login and pw and press "Login" button. In the next screen u pressing "Agree" and then they take u back to first screen where u need to type your login again - and they showing this message "Access failed. Please try again later". And cmon .. I'm typing my logins correctly. So any ideas how to solve this little problem? In english pls
