Is it different than the previous one?

So I just woke up and I tried logging in to the server, just like I did yesterday, (by running the L2 dream update as well) and a window popped up saying 'Error : Can't connect server ! 1' . I tried disabling my anti-virus (windows defender) and update my files, but the same issue kept going. I texted Dream_neo on skype, but it seems he's too busy (I'm a new player, so he probably has to scroll into his friend requests). Is there any way to fix it?
