REPORT Cant get past Select Server.

After the last restart i cant get past the Select Server.( see picture below)
Things i have tried so far:
1) Full check x3 
2) Full clean re-install and full check with anti-virus disabled. 

3) Run as administrator from both updater and .exe

My friends have managed to get on this account but i still cant , please help.
