REPORT Augument Bug Market

I bought a AM on Market wich sayed Passive Empower LvL 9. After I bought it, it showed no Augument in at the Weapon and it doestn give any boost. On passive skills its written: Item Skill: Empower Level 9

augment empower passive work well just not shows in description in client. You can easy check it - take this weapon and check matack and take same weapon without ls
