laick Posted May 22, 2016 Report Posted May 22, 2016 I've collected the items from Judge of Splendor & Pilgrim of Splendor (the thing before killing Barakiel), now need to talk to Ossian in Goddard but he says: You are either not carrying out your quest or don't meet the criteria. Clearly this quest is hardcore bugged it seems. If anyone can help, thanks!
