Everything later like augmentation WM, valakas neck, Infinity Scepter bonus are calculated by completely different formula meaning that they dont sum up as bufs from base stat but instead apply as bonus from current status what leaves us at around 59.52-65.68% with valakas neck and around 91.66% with Infinity Scepter both. Decision to cap it was a right one I suppose, augment wm seems to work the same way as valakas neck or Infinity Scepter does.
