Hi I have a problem when I run the game. It worked fine this morning until I made a break. After I try to start the game as usual I got "Important SmartGuard files could not be downloaded". Internet connection works fine, I redownloaded the client, I can login to another server of L2 interlude if I want, Lineage2 is included in the antivirus and firewall allowed list and still the problem persisted...

Please advise!

Thanks for the reply, I installed no new software during the break, did nothing on my laptop. C:\ProgramData\SmartGuard is completely missing.

I tryed to use a different server that uses SmartGuard and it try to download it in the System file but windows says it stops working.

There is a error log file having this content:

[12/31/2017 09:06:26.281] Error connecting to update host (00000007).
[12/31/2017 09:06:36.279] Error connecting to update host (0000001C).
[12/31/2017 09:06:46.271] Error connecting to update host (0000001C).
[12/31/2017 09:06:56.276] Error connecting to update host (0000001C).
[12/31/2017 09:06:56.276] Index file download failed.
