REPORT Skill delay

Hey,

Everytime i spam aura flare it starts lagging after a few seconds. But only all the skills are lagging, everything else is OK. I move with no lags, only the skills have outrageous delay. 

If i stop using skills it gets back to normal after like 10 seconds. I think the skill is broken.
