REPORT Bugged char

My mage damage is very very  low i have AM+9 and hit 320 dmg on other mage with tt set +3 and m crit max 1.7 and i receve from mage (i have tt set) crits of 4k+ from AM+3. How is possible? P.s. i use ressist
