REPORT Critical error at petition

When i try to send a petition i get critical errors. Last 2 times i vote in l2jbrasill i havent get reward. By the command .getreward the system message writes that i havent vote in l2jbrasill. Plz fix all the problems.

In-game petitions never worked, its OK.
