Hello admin, pleas repair this (SA skill) ... I tried it in duel and in pvp too, but 20+ shots and nothing ...

Hello.

This skill name is critical slow, so this mean the chance for slow only after critical hit.

Chance to the slow enemy ~ 20% ( 1\5 critical hits)
