REPORT Vote coins reward inacurate

I have voted for all the 3 top/first sites and i get an error saying i didnt when i click on getward, why is that happening? It used to be alright in the last days

Vote works good

Try write .getreward in game chat.

You IP address from which voted and address in game must be same.

p.s. use command .vote in game chat

I'm playing from a 4G connection via my smarthphone's hotspot so i guess the IP do not match for some reason  :-s curious thing that l2jbrasil doesn't have a similar IP trace system and i can get the reward from them, also even to i'm registered to Topzone it still doesn't validate my vote

so wait few minutes, then again write .getreward and you should get all vote coin.. its work for me

still doesnt corelates with the IP or with the account....

So this mean IP address in the browser and in the game does not match.

What is your character nickname? need look at your game address.
