REPORT Hatchling won't accept items

I can't put anything in my Hatchling's inventory (Items). I drag Hatchling food, armor, nothing works. 
I tried to put a name, I moved him to another character. It doesn't work. 

When I drag the food, it asks how many (1-100) and nothing happens.

Hi. Pls check your inventory count of items. Need have 80% max (160 or less)
