Can't get Top Coin from voting

Greetings,

 

I log into the game i press .vote and then the pop up window shows up. So then i select the first 2 options (hopzon and brasil)

and i go into the websites and vote and then i press .getreward and then i see a message displayed in chat saying

you havent voted on hopzone

you havent voted on l2jbrasil

whatever i do i just cant get the coins... i keep voting but nothing happens. i waited 12h and i got still the same issue.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

U need have same IP address in browser and ingame.

Perhaps in your browser you have enabled proxy\vpn which changes your IP address

If you mean  an extension or something like that the answer is no, i do not. 

ive been playing for like 4 days in the server and Ive managed to vote once and then whenever i placed my vote it didnt let me get the coins

i tried several browsers but didnt work on neither of them.

I have the same problem too 4 days now. I can't even vote for brazil or hopzone. And i don't use any extensions
