200 Ketra's Badge General,
and 1 Totem of Valor (through prove your courage quest killing Varka's Hero Shadith Varka raid boss) quest killing Varka's Hero Shadith Varka raid boss)
i have Q prove your courage inside and i kill boss Shadith 4 times but i still did't have the Shadith's skull in my inventory
