Значит не правильно вводите логин или емейл, может скопировали с пробелом или лишним символом. Логин нужно вводить полностью вместе с префиксом.

там где префикс начинаеться на 78

Да похожий есть, но не точно такой же как вы пишите p.s. не стоит писать логин в публичный доступ

Так если вы помните емейл то сначала восстановите логин, а потом пароль.
