    My opinion :
    Every buff should take buff slot EXCEPT :
    1) battle/spell forces
    2) lvl 80 bubble that give buffs, example : archer bubble, duelist bubble , warlord bubble . In  few words bubbles that are giving stats 
    3) Pagrio heart
    4) Pagrio fist ( maybe )
    5) Celestial ( buff and augment )
    6) hot springs debuffs ( malaria etc )
    7) FOI from Domi

    make all items count as +6 at event (if its possible)  , same as olympiad , reduce cap , events are for all , all happy
