After i collect all the letter of an event phrase how do i get my reward?

I told you i lost a quest because of a bug and i send you 5 pms with no answer. Administration is supposed to help players not ignore them....

i sent you screenshot ... yes i have 2 quests ... also someone from my clan leader told me than someone from the clan had the same issue some days ago .... we killed it with 3 other ppl and i didnt get skull or feather

What is the GMT time of respawn boss? +3 or +1?

Is the rate of FOG Quest a bit low? (recipes quest). 3 Torch per mob seem a bit low considering the rates of the quest. Shouldn't it drop 9? Or is it working as intended?

I didnt include prefix when i made the accs. My 1st account works fine my 2nd got bugged. As i said the problem is NOT in my acc info because i can login to agreements window. It just kicks me when i click Agree.

My acc is correct because i can login to Agreements windows, but when i click i accept it kicks me back to login and says access failed. I don't have a problem to start another acc but if this is going to happen again its pointless.....

I started today and one of my 2 accs is already bugged after i created it.... it says Access Failed i i have tried everything .....
