To hide all skill effects except those listed in the file /system/OptionEx.ini Для чего она предназначена? Для скрытия всех эффектов скиллов, кроме тех, что перечислены в файле /system/OptionEx.ini So, with this ini file, you can make your own list of those skill effects that you prefer to see.
