Hi i cant log in before update and fullcheck i get screen say lauching game and disappear not launch game . what is the problem??

Pls write your version of Windows

if still have this problem

try also this steps:

• update and reinstall drivers for graphics card
• add full client folder to antivirus exclussions
• restart computer after this steps
