Frozen skills after delevel

Hi guys, my skill got frozen after de-level which I know is normal. But I cant unfreeze them, I gained 10 or more levels and still frozen, am i Missing something?

Example: If the skill is learned at 74 then the character level must be 65+

Important is the level at which the skill is learned

Im a dwarf and I deleveled and cant spoil. I did see this but read here in forums that after 4-5 level ups you get skills back. But I dont have my spoil after 10 levels. Is it a bug or?

Has your skill the maximum level? Spoil level 11?

If this is so then you need 63 or 65 level

Oh now i understand! So if I have a high lvl spoil level essentially i cant delevel that spoiler too much and I should create another dwarf? Thanks by the way!

FIXED: Now when the delevel of character, the level of skills decreases too.
