REPORT Access failed

I started today and one of my 2 accs is already bugged after i created it.... it says Access Failed i i have tried everything .....

My acc is correct because i can login to Agreements windows, but when i click i accept it kicks me back to login and says access failed. I don't have a problem to start another acc but if this is going to happen again its pointless.....

I'm having exactly the same problem, dont have prefix on my account and now i cant log in anymore, HELP ME ADMS

access failed means:

wrong password
wrong account id
ban
wrong game client

for understand what problem in your case need your login id (in pm)

i update the game cliente few minutes ago, login and pass is not wrong.
