QUESTION system problem i cant play

hi, i am trying to set up the la2dream but i cant. i download client, patch  and updater but nothinf. in the system the l2exe. its not like the icon that we now so we can run and play. its like a diary .
what am i doing wrong? or what i have to do.
its not my first time that i download a play l2.. thats why i ask because i cant find how to play.
1) download the client --> extract

2) download patch --> extract and after copy-paste the folder system in the system of client
until here i am sure but about the updater i run check files all good..
after i go to system and nothing

PLEASE WHAT am i doing wrong

What error are you getting?
Try download clean client ( patch preinstalled, just unpack archive and launch l2.exe )

i did download from the u torrent step1)  download from utorrent client step 2) unpack step 3) dowload patch unpak step 4) copy paste the system patch into the system client. all correct?

U dont need download patch or use updater, all must work immediately after unpacking archive
