Level difference to exp character

What is the level gap between characters to gain exp?

Also as a side note, i haven't played interlude in a long long time, what are good zones as you exp for good drops, adena, best exp etc .

Hello,

45 lvl already can get exp paired with 80 lvl, but with a penalty.
